What Risk Manager actually does
The Risk Manager is the gate between a plan and an order. It checks every proposed order against the limits in your config and returns PASS or BLOCK with a plain reason for each decision.
It is deliberately boring. If an order is over the max loss, outside the entry window, over the trade count or short of reward-to-risk, it blocks it before a broker ever sees it.
